PROOFS:
*Digital proofs are available upon request and after the payment is done.
*We offer proofs only and only for the look of fonts and design layout, correction of any kind of mistake.
*Please check your mail box constantly, as being responsive will help the processing time to be faster.
*We are unable to provide colors in proofs. Please beware that proofs are only for fonts/designs/correction of text but not COLORS...
*Please inspect the proofs carefully, as we won’t be making any changes after your approval. We will not responsible from any issue after the approval of a proof.
PROCESSING TIME:
*Please allow us 3 to 6 business days for designing, printing and pressing.
*Business days means Monday- Friday.
*Processing time doesn’t include shipping time.
SHIPPING:
*We use poly bag for packaging.
*Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 3-6 business days)
*Tracking number will be provided.
*Upgrading to Priority mail and Priority Express shipping is available at check out.
*An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
*Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
**Shipping times are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed. Please note that USPS guarantees overnight shipping method, ONLY.
*We will ship the items to Etsy Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to ordering or in 6 HOURS after purchasing.

**We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore we will not responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date.
